1. Who We Are

Bring It Poly is a student-run grocery delivery service for Cal Poly SLO students. We operate on a weekly delivery schedule, providing affordable groceries with campus pickup.

2. Using Our Service

To place an order, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email
• Agree to follow our posted deadlines and pickup instructions

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders if:

• You abuse the system
• There are issues with payment or product availability

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown at checkout. A flat $0.49 delivery fee is applied per order.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but once you place an order, your total is locked in.

Payments are processed securely through trusted providers. We do not store or handle your card info directly.

4. Order Changes & Refunds

After the order deadline, changes or cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

If an item is unavailable:

• You will be automatically refunded for that item
• No substitutions will be made unless otherwise stated on the site

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.

5. Pickups

Each order must be picked up during the assigned window. You'll receive a confirmation email with a unique pickup code — bring this with you when picking up.

If you miss your pickup:

• First time: We'll hold your order overnight and let you grab it the next day from a different location.
• Second time: You'll have until the end of the same day to pick it up.
• Third time: We'll donate your order to the on-campus food pantry.

Please note: We can't guarantee refrigeration for perishable items. As students ourselves, our storage space is super limited — but we're actively working on ways to improve this.

6. User Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login info safe. If someone places an order using your account, we assume it's authorized.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate our terms or disrupt the service for others.

7. Limitations of Liability

We do our best to make sure every order goes smoothly — but we're still a student-run team.
We are not liable for:

• Delays or disruptions beyond our control (e.g., store shortages, campus access issues)
• Personal loss or injury during pickup
• Food safety concerns once the order is in your hands

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including our name, logo, and website design — belongs to Bring It Poly. You may not reuse or distribute any of it without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we'll post the changes here and update the effective date. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.
